Temporary water shut-off June 9 in the vicinity of 306 Parkside Dr.

Residents in the vicinity of of 306 Parkside Dr. will experience a scheduled watermain shutdown on Monday, June 9 at approximately 7pm. Anticipated to last for approximately four hours, the shutdown is necessary to complete the waterworks associated with the construction project at St. James Church. Please see the associated map image, to view the impacted residences shaded in red.

Water will be temporarily shut-off in the vicinity of 306 Parkside Dr. on June 9 at 7pm for approximately 4 hours.

Residents are advised to store sufficient water for use during the shut-down period. For example, fill a bathtub, containers, pots\pans etc. If you have any devise which depends on the availability of water supply, please shut it off in accordance with manufacturer’s operating instructions.

When water service is restored at approximately 11pm on June 9, residents may notice some “dirty water” or air in the line. This should be temporary. To resolve the issue, open the cold water taps, starting in the basement, and allow each to run for several minutes until the water clears. If the dirty water or air persists for more than 30 minutes, please contact 905-546-2424 X4426 for assistance.
